Message from Chairman

Assalamu Alaikum.

Welcome from my desk.

It would be nice to talk to you one to one. But as it is not possible at the moment, let me share what I genuinely feel for my respected future clients and interested persons in housing and construction sector.

My vision is simple. Do deliver what people want. I don’t want to create from my own. I may like something which my customers may not. So I always want to make your dream. And making your dream is my dream eventually. So I want to hear from you and know your requirements and deliver accordingly.

You want me to keep my promise, right? Yes. It will be kept and it is a promise. If I engage into a contract with you, from my end it will be delivered no matter what. So if you buy a flat, it will be delivered at the promised date. If you give me contract to build a building for you, it will be handed over at the promised date.

What I believe is we have to be accountable for our deeds to human and to the almighty. So I want to be clear in my thoughts and deeds. I want to give something back to society that I received in the past. Through my ventures I want to fulfill it. I want your support and dua. Keep me in your prayer so that I can add value to your life.
